Courtney Petrella isn’t afraid of constraints. A deeply analytical designer and planner, Courtney takes pride in finding the perfect puzzle piece to meets a client’s needs. After spending three summers as an intern, Courtney became a permanent addition to Ballinger’s healthcare planning group in 2020. She has been identifying unique solutions for clients like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Inova ever since.
