Penelope Fung has a passion for narratives and community-building. It fuels her design approach, which aims to encourage interactions with spaces physically and evoke a feeling of emotions through adopting a series of storytelling strategies that empower architecture to evolve and rejuvenate. Since joining Ballinger in 2018, Penelope has been immersed in healthcare design, working with a collaborative team to provide solutions for leading institutions like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
