Lou Menapace helps a project flow. Ballinger’s resident plumbing expert is the designer and technical lead responsible for conceptual design, construction documents, project management, department standards, and personnel management of plumbing- and fire protection-related production for all of the firm’s projects. Lou’s extensive experience and research focused on designing high-performance systems has helped clients dramatically reduce water and energy consumption.
