Gary Kachnycz enjoys collaborating with team members to create custom Building Automation System (BAS) design and comprehensive BAS commissioning from the project design phases through the construction phase. As Ballinger’s manager of control systems and commissioning, Gary sustains a detailed understanding of all major controls vendors, as well as their hardware and software. His skills and expertise ensure that these key systems contribute to the long-term performance of Ballinger’s buildings and have been put to the test by clients like the University of Maryland and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
