This immersive, in-person program offers students the opportunity to contribute to active architecture projects while advancing a research initiative alongside firm leadership.
Created for curious designers eager to engage with complex challenges, the Fellowship bridges research, practice, and professional growth. Fellows will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to Ballinger’s interdisciplinary practice, culminating in an office-wide presentation of their research. Past Fellows have explored humanizing sustainability and embodied carbon.
